Six people were killed when a bolt of lightning set off an arms depot during a thunderstorm in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a report said Monday. The storm struck Friday in the town of Walikale, in the east of the country, sparking a blaze at the depot used by the armed forces, Okapi radio reported. Six people died of severe burns after they were admitted to hospital, the radio said. Troops fired guns into the air to express anger at residents for using "magic" to attract the lightning bolt.
