BANDA ACEH, Indonesia (AFP) Mar 13, 2005 The bodies of 90 people killed in December's earthquake-triggered tsunami were discovered in Indonesia's Aceh province in a single day at the weekend, officials said Sunday. The bodies were found in the hardest-hit city of Banda Aceh and the surrounding district of Aceh Besar on Saturday, the National Disaster Relief Coordination Agency said. This took the number of people killed in the December 26 disaster in Aceh and the neighbouring province of North Sumatra to 126,347. The number of people still missing and presumed dead stood at 93,943. Indonesia was the hardest hit of Indian Ocean countries struck by the tsunami, with more than 273,000 killed in 11 nations, including scores of foreign holidaymakers at seaside tourist spots.
