"Twenty people were killed in Karachi while 10 others died in other cities of Sindh province," PTV said.
The deaths were caused by collapsing roofs, landslides, flooding and electrocution, PTV report said.
At least eight people, including five children from one family, died Tuesday when a landslide flattened their hut in Gulistan-e-Jauhar neighbourhood.
"We have recovered five bodies so far and there is no hope of any survivor as they were completely buried under the debris since 2:00 am," Rizwan Edhi, a rescue official with private relief agency Edhi Welfare Trust, told AFP.
Rescue workers said at least two people who were reported missing might have drowned in the western part of Karachi.
At least five people, including an eight-year-old boy, were electrocuted to death in separate incidents in various parts of the city, police said.
Rains halted traffic for several hours in Karachi Monday evening.
