Serbia top court paves way for disputed lithium mining project
Belgrade, July 11 (AFP) Jul 11, 2024
Serbia's top court on Thursday paved the way for a disputed lithium mining project to go ahead after ruling against the government's efforts to halt it.

The constitutional court said in a statement on its website that a 2022 government decision to revoke permits awarded to Australian firm Rio Tinto was "not in line with the constitution and the law".
