Iran must do more to clear nuclear suspicions: Russia

Moscow (AFP) Nov 19, 2007
A UN report on Iran's nuclear programme indicates progress, but Tehran must do more to clear up suspicions over its nuclear activities, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Monday.

The report, by International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei, "so far cannot confirm the absence of undeclared nuclear activities in Iran. For this, Iran still has rather a lot to do in cooperation with the agency," the ministry said in a statement.
